Loosen the brake screw, rotate the wheel and press the brake handle. Partially tighten the brake screws while holding the brake handle
Adjust the position of the brake with fingers, rotate the wheel slowly to observe the distance between two linings and the disc, make sure the gaps on both sides are the same.
Tighten the brake screws completely
If the issue persists, the disc is bent. You will need to adjust or replace the brake disc.
Insufficient braking force
Not enough hydraulic oil, or air bubbles in the brake system. Please replace the hydraulic oil and make sure there's no air in the brake system.
Brake disc contaminated with oil. Clean with professional brake disc cleaner or replace the brake disc and linings
New brake disc needs to be used for several kilometers to reach normal working condition
